What's On // North East Scotland Facebook page

Just a reminder for you all to post your events on the What's On page!

With over 300 million users world-wide, Facebook is a very powerful online platform where you not only can connect with friends and family, but can also very easily promote your cultural events to a wide network of people. GANE has set up a dedicated page on Facebook for all North East arts organisations to post their events, and for audiences to find out what's happening in our area. The page is now also part of our Go Local campaign, to encourage audiences to take more advantage on what's on their doorstep. Even better, if you are representing an organisation, you are invited to become one of the many administrators, which gives you the ability to post your event straight onto the walls of all the people who have 'liked' the What's On page (and that's quite a few!).

You or your organisation do, of course, have to have a Facebook account yourself in order to benefit from this opportunity. Go and have a look!
